Meeting Notes

The meeting was held in Allan Park starting at 4:30. The meeting was started by out-going president Bob Olson at 4:40. After Ben D’Allesandro gave the treasurer’s report, the only matter of new business was the election of officers for the next year. The slate of officers was elected without opposition: Anne Kelley Russell (president), Kim Ralph (vice president), Kevin Eberle (secretary), and Ben D’Allesandro (continuing as treasurer).

Having elected the new officers, the new officers took over. Each officer gave a brief intro.

Two sign-up lists were circulated to start collecting names and contact information.

Anne said that the new officers were excited to reinvigorate the association. Some ideas which were mentioned were another house tour, special events in Allan Park, and coffee-and-donut socials. We also discussed newsletters; the idea of both an emailed and hand-delivered version was popular. 

Anyone who was interested in being a block captain was asked to note that on one of the sign-up sheets. 

Kevin took the sign-up sheets to enter into a compilation.

The meeting adjourned at 5:10.
